The following work was designed to establish the VIRGINIA PHILIP brand’s image and tone. In today’s digital landscape, advertising alone is not enough to build a strong online presence. Instead, a multi-faceted approach combines social media, email marketing, in-store promotions, and more, to create a cohesive brand identity.

We’ve completed 4 wine ads, and we set them up for both stores. We completed the spirits ad and added 2 of the wine concepts to spirits. That gives us 4 ads for Delray Beach and 7 ads for Palm Beach, giving us an ad campaign we can launch now and grow as needed in the future. All ads have been finalized with new photography.

The tone of the ad campaign is crafted to suit both locations, ensuring brand continuity while highlighting the stores’ masterful curation. A positioning line has been added beneath the logo to educate audiences about Virginia Philip and build brand authority.

These posts were created to emphasize that Virginia Philip Gift Baskets should be a year-round focus for the brand. Gift baskets are a unique product that you can fully own, showcasing curated selections that position you without competition in Palm Beach and Delray Beach. Branded as VIRGINIA PHILIP Master Sommelier, these spectacular curations highlight your expertise and elevate the brand.

Gift baskets should be available at both locations, with spirit baskets offered exclusively at the Palm Beach store. This exclusive product will distinguish you from other wine and spirit retailers. We recommend creating a catalog of staple Virginia Philip gift baskets, supplemented by seasonal options to feature specific wines or align with holidays.

The catalog (in print or digital) should be distributed to real estate agencies, local businesses, and corporations, to expand awareness and drive sales.

Product photography will be needed to create these posts and a catalog.

We recommend creating the same style wine boxes you’re using, but branded with the Virginia Philip logo and tag line. Instead of using a large variety of color cellophane and bows, we recommend you stick to one large cloth bow in blue, translucent cellophane, the VP branded wine boxes in a couple of sizes. Also, there should be an insert that includes a little about you and the stores with addresses. This will make creating the baskets easier and will help with branding. It will also put the emphasis on the curation, instead of side items, such as designer boxes, trays, etc. We do suggest adding the sommelier style VP bottle opener and a bottle cap with logo, to most gift baskets.

We replaced the AI images for a single standard image over which we can drop different wines with your short description of it.

If you like this set-up, we need you to specify the wines to be featured, and the bottle images (so we get the correct bottle and year). We can try to write the text with AI and have you check it after. We recommend that you first focus on wines available at both stores.

These posts are designed to spotlight individual wines with recommendations from a Master Sommelier. By centering on Virginia Philip rather than directly associating with a specific store, they enhance your authority and prestige. This approach not only supports the stores but also bolsters your sommelier identity and business. Additionally, it allows for seamless use of the same content across both Instagram feeds, maximizing reach, amplifying impact, and reducing production costs.

These posts should be printed and used in-store, placed near the corresponding wines. These posts can function as point-of-sale materials or giveaways. Alternatively, they can be repurposed into coasters—a practical and appealing format for keeping drink recipes handy in bar areas, far more convenient than searching through a recipe book. As soon as we’ve created a set, we could look into creating them.

Introducing mixed drink classes could appeal to those less interested in wine, while still incorporating wine education to expand their appreciation and understanding, and hopefully leading them to buy more wine or seek further education.
